Glen asked if the <br /> building is built with controlled construction or just documents submitted. <br /> The Chief said the documents submitted. Dan said that it's a requirement. <br /> Charlie said it's a building code requirement for 35,000 cubic ft. and includes <br /> the alarms. A register design professional is required during the <br /> construction phases. <br /> Rodney Collins, Town Manager; <br /> Rodney asked to clarify with more specificity regarding a vehicle being <br /> parked inside overnight. Chief Rullo said that vehicles parked overnight, or <br /> during the day. His concern is the starting up of the emissions. Charlie said <br /> it's in the building code regarding alarm systems. The business itself would <br /> have carbon monoxide smoke detector requirements. The types and <br /> quantities of fuels or other hazardous materials allowed to be stored in the <br /> building is determined by the Building Code. Rodney asked if it's for vehicles <br /> that are regularly stored or stored overnight at any time. Chief Rullo said it <br /> doesn't matter. Glen said that the floor drain is a plumbing requirement. <br /> No more comments. <br /> Glen made a motion to approve based on the conditions as follows; <br /> • The dumpster pad have an enclosure according to Board of Health <br /> regulations. <br /> • The Board approve the site and septic plan. <br /> • No mezzanines be added if the total square footage is increased <br /> over 7500 sq. ft. <br /> • The property is controlled construction documents to include an <br /> alarm system. <br /> • A civil engineer to review the storm water calculations. <br /> Rodney second.
