The Chief said that there 'are provisions within the documents for a certified alarm protection engineer. Glen asked if the building is built with controlled construction or just documents submitted. The Chief said the documents submitted. Dan said that it's a requirement. Charlie said it's a building code requirement for 35,000 cubic ft. and includes the alarms. A register design professional is required during the construction phases. Rodney Collins, Town Manager; Rodney asked to clarify with more specificity regarding a vehicle being parked inside overnight. Chief Rullo said that vehicles parked overnight, or during the day. His concern is the starting up of the emissions. Charlie said it's in the building code regarding alarm systems. The business itself would have carbon monoxide smoke detector requirements. The types and quantities of fuels or other hazardous materials allowed to be stored in the building is determined by the Building Code. Rodney asked if it's for vehicles that are regularly stored or stored overnight at any time. Chief Rullo said it doesn't matter. Glen said that the floor drain is a plumbing requirement. No more comments. Glen made a motion to approve based on the conditions as follows; • The dumpster pad have an enclosure according to Board of Health regulations. • The Board approve the site and septic plan. • No mezzanines be added if the total square footage is increased over 7500 sq. ft. • The property is controlled construction documents to include an alarm system. • A civil engineer to review the storm water calculations.
