Ir. <br /> Dubin explained the Board has to deal with the zoning that was in <br /> effect at the time of application and they have to work with zoning <br /> by-laws . <br /> Cne woman felt the subd ivision was too dense , <br /> ,Ir. Dubin's comments were there 's no buffer and only minimum amount <br /> of open space , He felt the open space should be larger and include <br /> 2 lots on Rte . 130. He read a letter from the Pentecostal Church <br /> which said they were interested in purchasing the land . Mr. Dubin <br /> suggested perhaps using the land abutting the church as a buffer. <br /> '.:r .
