' Mr. Rowley said the pavement is in good shape but <br /> it needs a lot of work before it 's finished, such as -shoulder work <br /> (loam & seed) , cleaning of pavement and any slopes beyond the shoulders <br /> which have eroded should be ' graded, ' concrete bounds need to ,be, ,put `in, <br /> and street sign needed. <br /> e Board toldr. ' -He <br /> was placed on the July 17 agenda. <br /> The Board signed the plan for Roberts Realty Trust and a covenant was <br /> presented. Mr. Raymond will bring in the land court plan for July 17 <br /> for signatures as it was missing tonight . <br /> Petitioners Quinaquisset Realty Trust <br /> Submitted by: George Benway <br /> Type of Plan: Definitive <br /> Location: Quina uisset Ave . (Swan Cove ) <br /> Fee : $200 (paid <br /> It was a cluster residential subdivision of 11 lots on 152 acres <br /> with all frontage on Quinaquisset- Ave . The Board scheduled a. public <br /> hearing for August 21. <br /> Petitioner: Sarah & Rebecca's Land Co . <br /> Submitted by: Kevin Kirrane , Steve Doyle , Mr. Devaney <br /> Type of Plan: Discussion of preliminary plan <br /> Location: Pimlico Pond Rd. <br /> Mr. Kirrane said they addressed all the comments made by the Board and <br /> incorporated it into the revised plan. Mr. kirrane requested the Board <br /> grant preliminary approval so they can move to the definitive .stag.e . <br />
