They told Mr. Gregorie he could <br /> build on the lot he already has existing and can do the subdivision later. <br /> He withdraw the plan without prejudice . <br /> I <br /> Petitioner: Mashpee Investors Trust <br /> Submitted by: John Slavinsky <br /> Type of Plan: Preliminary <br /> Locztion: Simon's Narrow Rd . <br /> Mr. Slavinsky presented a revised preliminary. Mar. Marsters made a <br /> motion to approve the preliminary plan subject to changing the drainage <br /> between lots 23 & 24. It was seconded by Mr. Jonas and all voted in <br /> favor. <br /> Frank Murphy came before the Board regarding Sunset Strip. He said they <br /> never did finalize combining the 2 lots as requested by the board and <br /> they're doing it now as an Approval Not Required and combining lots 40 <br /> and 41 into a single lot and lots 74 & 73 into one . Mr. Marsters made <br /> a motion to endorse the plan as an ANR . Mr. Jonas seconded and all <br /> voted in favor. Mr . Jonas signed on behalf of the Board . The Board <br /> told Mr. Murphy he , Park Place and Edward Grogan have to get together <br /> to work on straightening out Nosiy Hole Rd. <br /> The Board reviewed the report from Mr. Rowley on Sunset Strip. he said <br /> what 's he 's seen to date is not en-ough to bring the road up to standard. <br /> Until they show it there 's no room to get into a lot of design review <br /> by him. <br /> Mr. Murphy said they intend to bring the road up to standard . He said <br /> they were going under the assumption it was under a prior approved plan <br /> and they thought they only had to pave a portion. The Board informed <br /> him he has to bring the whole roadway to standard and not just a portion. <br /> Mr. Murphy said drainage gets expenseive and he 's trying to make the <br /> Board aware of what he 's up against . The Board told Mr. Murphy he would <br /> have -to put a 50' layout on Noisy Hole Rd . <br /> Mr. Dubin said the best thing is to draw up a set of proposed drainage <br /> plans for Mr. Rowley's review. Mr. Murphy asked to be placed on the <br /> agenda for 4/3 , <br />
