They hoped <br /> to get additional guidance between now and then. Mr. Harrington stated that New Seabury, <br /> Willowbend, Boys & Girls Club, Camp Farley and the Boys & Girls Club have indicated they plan to <br /> open. <br /> -Mr. Harrington advised the Board that the appropriate Town departments will be involved in the <br /> decision and implementation of expanded outdoor seating at the food establishments. Interior dining <br /> would likely be reduced to half. Ms. Warden inquired about whether requests for expanded outdoor <br /> seating would have to go before the Board;and Mr. Harrington stated that it would not be considered <br /> a variance request; however, it is in the Food Code that any alterations to the food establishment <br /> process needs to be approved by the Board of Health. It would be a submittal that the Board of Health <br /> would have an opportunity to review and comment on. We definitely don't want establishments to <br /> expand beyond their septic capacity or to interfere with proper egress. We can potentially process <br /> requests through Site Plan Review. Ms.Gardipe advised the Board that,at this point,outdoor seating <br /> is still not allowed. Food establishments are still operating on a take-out basis only. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Review and approval of meeting minutes. The minutes of the April 30,2020 public session were <br /> reviewed. <br /> There being no comments or revisions, Veronica Warden moved to approve the minutes of the <br /> April 30, 2020 public session meeting.
