MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 26,2020 <br /> 5. The applicant will complete construction of the 3,700 sf. addition approved in <br /> special permit modification decision SP-2019-36 dated July 24, 2019 ("the <br /> addition") within twenty-four (24) months of this permit modification (SP-2020- <br /> 28) date, ie., on or before August 26,2022. <br /> 6. Any occupancy permit(s) issued with respect to any temporary structures or <br /> improvements authorized by the special permit modification and the phasing <br /> schedule established thereby shall become void upon the issuance of an occupancy <br /> permit for the addition. <br /> 7. Upon issuance of the occupancy permit for the addition, the applicant shall <br /> forthwith apply for the requisite demolition permit(s) to remove the tents, <br /> structures, and improvements. All such temporary structures and improvements <br /> shall be dismantled and removed from the subject property within 7 days of the <br /> issuance of a demolition permit. Said tent shall not be installed until such time that <br /> an occupancy permit is issued for the temporary additions. <br /> 8. Prior to the issuance of said demolition permit, the applicant must obtain all <br /> permits, approvals and inspections required to disconnect all utilities serving the <br /> temporary structures and improvements, such as plumbing, electric and other <br /> relevant utilities. <br /> 9. The applicant shall provide written updates to the Building Inspector at six month <br /> intervals with respect to the progress on construction of the addition to ensure <br /> compliance with this condition. <br /> 10. In the event circumstances require this schedule to be modified, the applicant may <br /> submit a request to extend in writing to the Zoning Board of Appeals.An extension <br /> may be granted only if satisfactory progress towards completion of the addition is <br /> documented and certified by the Building Inspector. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded, yes, <br /> Mr. Goldstein,yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Bonvie, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes. <br /> All were in favor of the Modification request. <br /> 3 <br />
