She keeps up with the housing news in the Mashpee Enterprise and gets the annual report of the Housing Assistance Corporation which she reads. .She has been involved in the Orleans seasonal housing problem because HAC is a member of the Orleans Chamber of Commerce and she has done outreach to other Chamber members who have housing resources to offer 'As a result she has come to appreciate the lack of affordable housing on the Cape. Noelle has a personal interest in the affordable housing issue. She is a member of th• e Cape Cod Young Professionals where she Is on the Public Policy Committee(with Evan Lehrer) which has designated housing and child care as it two biggest priorities.
