Agent said he met with Mr. Garulay a few times to figure out the best way to mitigate. <br /> We did charge fees, but this area was all lawn, no other violations. He recommended 5 year <br /> monitoring and maintenance plan. He asked if there was any risk of sheet runoff from this patio, <br /> Mr. Garulay said he didn't see any trench drainage, didn't notice erosion. Agent asked if it's <br /> entirely impervious, Mr. Garulay said he believes so. Agent said they can condition if it becomes <br /> an issue they can take measures to address it. Mr. McKay asked if it was a compliant lawn, <br /> Agent said we'll find out. Mr. Garulay said the homeowner sent an email in the spring, Agent <br /> said he'll make sure it's documented. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to close and issue with the conditions lawn compliance be <br /> addressed, runoff be mitigated if it exists, and a 5 year monitoring and maintenance plan. <br /> Mr. McKay seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br /> 6:18 Holden Storage, LLC, 241 Monomoscoy Road. Proposed single-family dwelling, garage, NOI <br /> septic system and hardscaping/landscaping modifications. <br /> Raul Lizardi from Cape and Islands Engineering presented plans. Agent commented there is <br /> bordering vegetative wetland associated with the salt marsh, none was delineated from the <br /> plan. Probably would reduce that setback to within buffer zone. It's important to document that. <br /> Board of Health said property is not Zone 2, is going to be reviewed 1/23/2020. <br /> Don Bart from 236 Monomoscoy Road said street flooding is becoming a problem, drainage is <br /> becoming an issue. Alterations to the terrain could flood the streets. That's a continued concern <br />
