Proposed extensive NOI <br /> hardscape and landscape modifications, relocation of existing septic tank, mitigation plantings, <br /> removal/replacement of structures. <br /> Sean Riley from Coastal Engineering and Nick Crawford from Crawford Land Management <br /> presented plans.Agent said he had no questions, it's pretty straightforward. He was at the site, <br /> it's just invasive, taking over the area. Agent asked if they will cut and remove by hand, Mr. <br /> Crawford said yes. James Lay, an abutter at 70 Popponesset was present. His primary concern <br /> is construction noise. Last year in the spring/summer they did the interior. Mr. Crawford said it <br /> would be done by the end of May, and the removal would be in the fall. Mr. McKay asked about <br /> the roof over the pergola and drainage. Mr. Riley answered that they have gutters, spouts, and <br /> a dry well. Agent said he has no concerns. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved to close and issue, Mr. Dalton seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> 6:21 Dale R. McKay & Karen A. LaBonte, 69 Crescent Road. Proposed seasonal dock. NOI <br /> Dale McKay recused himself and then presented plans for his project. Agent said we're waiting <br /> for a letter from National Heritage, we could pend issuance until we get the letter. He guesses <br /> it'd be a no take. No other comments. Mr. Cook asked if there were any plans. Agent <br /> recommended to submit photos to the state. <br /> Motion: Mr. Dalton moved to close and issue with approval pending the National Heritage <br /> letter, Mr. Cook seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> 6:24 Dianne Cariglia, et al Trustees, 64 Triton Way.
