Mashpee (110 Popponesset Island Road violations) <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to go into Executive Session, Mr. McKay seconded. <br /> Vote: Dale McKay Aye <br /> Brad Sweet Aye <br /> Chad Smith Aye <br /> Tom O'Neill Aye <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to go into Regular Session, Mr. McKay seconded. <br /> Vote: Dale McKay Aye <br /> Brad Sweet Aye <br /> Chad Smith Aye <br /> Tom O'Neill Aye <br /> PRE/POST-HEARING AGENDA: <br /> • Minutes: April 23, 2020 Minutes (Tabled) <br /> • Discussion: Enforcement Order: 100 Willowbend Drive (Baxter Nye Engineering representing) <br /> Mike Ball from Baxter Nye and Craig Flemming from Willowbend were present. Mr. Ball presented <br /> plans. Agent recapped what happened that lead to the enforcement order. It was a serious violation, <br /> but the follow up in compliance was very swift, and appreciated. Mr. Flemming wanted to let the <br /> Commission know he was unaware of the situation and was shocked at what was done. He said it <br /> will never happen again, and it was taken very seriously. Agent said we will follow up with the <br /> enforcement order. <br /> • ADDITIONAL TOPICS: <br /> (This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would be <br /> discussed). <br /> HEARINGS: <br /> 6:00 Peter Bracken, 2 Oneida Avenue. Proposed septic system upgrade. Peter McEntee from RDA <br /> Engineering Works presented plans. Agent said they just want to make sure the homeowners <br /> adhere to the Town's lawn standards. No other comments. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved for a negative determination, Mr. O'Neill seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br />
