Ms.Warden stressed the urgency of getting the vehicles removed,stating <br /> that the owners could likely get money from the salvage company. Mr. Harrington stated that he <br /> would send another letter to the property owner, Ron Turner, with a timeframe for removal of <br /> the vehicles. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion,Veronica Warden moved to authorize the Health <br /> Agent to send a certified letter to the property owner requiring removal of the vehicles within a <br /> specified timeframe, and further requesting to gain access into the dwelling and the trailer for <br /> purposes of inspection. Motion seconded by Ernest Virgilio. Roll call vote: Ernest Virgilio (yes); <br /> Veronica Warden (yes); Brian Baumgaertel (yes). VOTE: Unanimous(3-0). <br /> 2. COVID-19 Update. Ms. Cantella provided the following list of actions that are complete or <br /> ongoing: <br /> • Participated in twice weekly webinars with the Department of Public Health, and weekly <br /> conference calls with the Cape Cod Health Agents'Coalition <br /> • Updated the public safety answering point and the Town Manager's office regarding current <br /> case numbers <br /> • Monitored epidemiological data from the Department of Public Health and the Barnstable <br /> County Department of Health and Environment <br /> • Updated the Mashpee COVID-19 webpage with information on the new COVID-19 test sites <br /> in Falmouth and Hyannis, isolation and quarantine guidelines,the statewide rollbackto Phase <br /> III,Step 1,and the COVID-19 vaccine rollout <br /> • Communicated with Mashpee long-term care facilities regarding testing, staffing, and <br /> resident safety precautions <br /> • Communicated regularly with the School Nurse Coordinator, the Visiting Nurse Association, <br /> the Wampanoag Tribal Health Center, and the Community Tracing Collaborative regarding <br /> Mashpee COVID-19 cases, clusters, building ventilation, CTC surge protocols, and contact <br /> tracing <br /> • Advised Mashpee food establishments regarding the changes to the restaurant safety <br /> standards during the rollback to Phase III,Step 1,including time limits for dining,mask use at <br /> tables, and the prohibition of live entertainment <br /> • Required Mashpee restaurants to post signage regarding the new 90 minute time limit for <br /> tables and the mask requirement when not actively eating or drinking <br /> • Answered questions from Mashpee Public Schools about singing <br /> • Answered questions from Long Term Care Facilities regarding contact tracing in congregate <br /> settings <br /> • Advised Mashpee Commons regarding their Santa's Workshop during the statewide rollback <br /> • Answered questions about the COVID-19 vaccine rollout for private healthcare providers,and <br /> the general public <br /> • Advised Cape Cod Coffee regarding the prohibition on live performances at restaurants <br /> • Answered questions from Roche Brothers regarding mask exceptions for the hearing impaired <br /> • Helped members of the public navigate the travel order requirements <br /> • Coordinated town-wide public messaging through the reverse 9-1-1 system asking folks to <br /> stay at home while waiting for a COVID-19 test result <br /> 2 <br />
