The warrants for signature tonight are for the month of June 2020 and total as follows: <br /> $15,924.89 for the TD account and for the Rockland Accounts $117,831.72 for 4001, $44,708.08 <br /> for Asher's Path Apartments, $9,227.66 for HAP, and $12,647.32 for Great Cove Community. <br /> For MRVP: $81,141.00 (which is still a TD Bank account). <br /> Bank accounts are almost fully transitioned. Vendor web system forms were submitted but the <br /> state has not finalized the change in accounts from TD Bank to Rockland Trust, so MRVP <br /> landlord payments (and deposits from the State) are still going through the TD Bank account. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that, with the exception of the a few public housing tenants, we have no <br /> rent delinquencies at any of our other developments. We are 100% occupied at all developments. <br /> A motion was made by Kevin Shackett and seconded by Lisa Meizinger to accept the <br /> Treasurer's Report as presented. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT & UPDATES: <br /> • Mrs. Botsford reported things have been pretty busy but going well at all of our offices. <br /> Things are pretty much the same as last month with regards to COVID-19 operations and <br /> procedures. Mrs. Botsford attends the every-other-week telephone conferences with <br /> DHCD for updates and guidance. <br /> • At Asher's Path, non-emergency work orders and annual inspections have started up <br /> again. Staff are taking strict precautions when going into units consisting of wearing <br /> masks and gloves, having residents wear masks and remain in other rooms, and sanitizing <br /> areas touched before leaving the apartment. <br /> • The moratorium on evictions has been extended to at least October. <br /> • Mrs. Botsford stated that, in preparation for the new Executive Director, she has been <br /> working on typing up a manual of operations to go along with in-person training that will <br /> go on. <br /> In preparation for the new Executive Director, and in light of the fact that the FY 2021 budget is <br /> not looking great for the State, Mrs. Botsford suggested that the board approve a staff re- <br /> organization so that the new Executive Director can make adjustments to staffing to better suit <br /> her needs. All agreed this was a very good idea. A motion was made by Lisa Meizinger and <br /> seconded by Kevin Shaclett to approve a staff reorganization, as deemed fit by the new <br /> Executive Director. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> a) Executive Director Search: Subcommittee's recommendation of candidate: Ms. Allen <br /> reviewed the search process with the board. The process consisted of getting DHCD <br /> approval of our advertisement then advertising on the MassNAHRO website, the housing <br /> authority website, posting with MassRehab (Cape & Islands Area), the Mashpee <br /> Wampanoag Tribal Housing Department,the Cape Cod Times, El Mundo and the Bay <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
