Article 15 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Section 174-58 of the zoning bylaw by adding after the <br /> words, "Flood Insurance Rate Maps dated June 5, 1985," the phrase "and July 2, 1992," and by <br /> deleting the comma after"1985.": <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Building Inspector <br /> Explanation: Our flood zone within the Town, of Mashpee is based on maps by FEMA dated <br /> June 5, 1985 and July 2, 1992. <br /> Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held September 19, 20014-0 for approval. <br /> Motion made by Wayne Taylor. <br /> Motion: I move Article 15 be voted as printed in the Warrant with the exception of the phrase, <br /> ``or take any other action relating thereto'1, <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 8:5,2 p.m. <br /> Article 16 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw Section 174-31 Footnote 4 height <br /> restrictions, by deleting the second sentence and substituting the following: <br /> Other than for those items excepted above, Building Height shall be measured 20 feet in front all <br /> street sides leading up to the front of the proposed foundation to the highest point of the roofline. <br /> With lots having a negative slope, it shall be measured from the center of all street sides from the <br /> natural state prior to any construction, grading, and filling, <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Building Inspector/ <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Explanation: This change may alleviate any uncertainties to those owning lots that have <br /> unusually high or low slopes and stay within the height limitations regulated by zoning and the <br /> Mass, State Building Code. <br /> Motion made by David Leveille. <br /> Motion: I move Article 16 be indefinitely postponed. <br /> Motion to indefinitely postpone passes at 8:53 p.m. <br /> 10 <br />
