Explanation-, This article is necessary for reimbursement of consultant fees. <br /> Recommendation: Finance Committee recommends approval.. <br /> Motion made by Kenneth Marsters. <br /> Motion: I move that Article 14 be indefinitely postponed. <br /> Motion to indefinitely postponed passes at :15 p.m. <br /> Article 15 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds $14,791 to <br /> the Police Expense Account, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Police Chief <br /> Explanation: This additional appropriation will fund various training required for police <br /> personnel. <br /> Recommendation: Finance Committee has no recommendation. <br /> Motion made by Don Myers. <br /> Motion-, I move the 'Town vote to appropriate and transfer $1 791 from Revenue Available for <br /> Appropriation to the Police:expense Account. <br /> Motion passes at :21 P.M. <br /> Article 16 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds $8,,000 to <br /> the Personnel Consultant Account, or tale any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Personnel Department <br /> Explanation: This would allow the Town to contract with a professional consultant to conduct a <br /> salary compensation study. <br /> Recommendation: Finance Committee does not recommend approval. <br /> Motion made by John Cahalane. <br /> Motion I move Article 16 be indefinitely postponed. <br /> Motion to indefinitely postpone passes .21 p.m. <br /> 9 <br />
