"(14) outdoor recreation facilities such as driving range, practice greens, pitch-,and.-putt golf <br /> course, miniature golf course, baseball or softball batting cages, tennis courts, basketball courts, <br /> volleyball courts, swimming pools, softball fields and similar facilities operated as part of a <br /> business for gain, but not including water slide parks, go-cart tracks or similar amusement <br /> facilities which would generate traffic, noise or other impacts which could have a significant <br /> adverse effect on adjacent roadways or properties." <br /> In Section 174.25., add the following new Subsection 174-25.B.(1 ) and indicate by placing the <br /> letters "SP" in the appropriate columns that such uses are allowed by Special Permit in the C-1, <br /> C-2 and C-3 districts: <br /> "(1 ) Indoor recreation facilities such as bowling alleys, miniature golf, batting cages, <br /> computerized golf or similar simulated sports, video games, billiards, aerobics, health clubs, <br /> swimming pools, tennis or racquet clubs etc., by Special Permit from the Planning Board." <br /> Add the following new Subsection 17 -25.B.(1 ) and indicate by placing the letters "SP" in the <br /> appropriate columns that such uses are allowed by Special Permit in all commercial districts: <br /> "(1 ) Live theatre or concert hall and related facilities, by Special. Permit from the Planning <br /> Board."; <br /> Add the following new Subsection 17 -25. .(20) and indicate by placing the letters "SP" in the <br /> appropriate columns that such uses are alloyed by Special Permit in all commercial districts: <br /> "(20) Limited concession, clubhouse, function room and similar facilities related and secondary <br /> to the outdoor or indoor recreation and entertainment facilities allowed under Subsections 1.4, <br /> 15, 18 and 19 above, but not operated as a full.-service or separate restaurant and l or function <br /> facility." <br /> Add the following new Subsection 17 -25. .(21) and indicate by placing the letters "SP" in the <br /> appropriate columns that such use is allowed by Special Permit in the C-1 and C-2 districts: <br /> "(21) Movie theatre." <br /> In Section 174.25., add the following new Subsections 17 -25.E.(12) and (13) and indicate by <br /> placing the letters "SP" in the C-1, C-2 and. C-3 district columns that such uses are allowed by <br /> Special Permit in the C-1, -2 and C-3 districts: <br /> "(12) Retail establishments which will not generate greater than 300 peak daily trips per acre of <br /> total site area,, per day, (when considered in combination with all other uses on the property) <br /> based on trip generation rates published by the Institute of Transportation engineers or other <br /> evidence determined to be conclusive by the Planning Board,"; <br /> "(13) Places for retail or wholesale sales of furniture, carpeting, stone and masonry supplies, <br /> plumbing supplies, doors and windows, lumber, glass and mirrors and electrical supplies (but <br /> not including televisions and similar electronic products, and not including "home <br /> improvement" centers or other large retail establishments with over 40,000 square feet of gross <br /> floor area); <br /> Add the following new Subsection 17 -25. .(14) and indicate by the letter "PIS"" that it is <br />
