C-2 districts. The article lists the uses <br /> that would be permitted, clarifies the types of commercial recreation and entertainment facilities <br /> allowed in commercial districts, provides that any permits required in the C-3 districts, which <br /> are in highly visible locations on Route 151 and. Route 13 , and in the 1'` ashpee Center Overlay <br /> District around Town Hall must be issued by the Planning Board, specifies certain standards <br /> applicable to projects, in the C-3 district and eliminates all references to the C-1-0 and C-1-S <br /> overlay districts, located near the 1 lashpee Rotary, which were created in the early 1980s, have <br /> never been used and whose provisions have been superseded by more recent zoning provisions. <br /> Motion made by John Cahalane. <br /> Motion: I move Article 27 be voted as printed in the warrant with the following amendments: <br /> Amend the fourth paragraph regarding Subsection 174-24.C.(1) by deleting the phrase "C-3 <br /> District or". <br /> Amend the paragraph regarding Subsection 1.74-2 .1.(4) to replace the phrase "Planning Board' <br /> in the first line with the phrase "special permit granting authority". <br /> Delete proposed Subsection 174-2 .1.(6). <br /> And with the exception of the phrase "or tale any other action relating thereto". <br />
