Town meeting vote and forwards a certified copy of this vote to the MBLC by May 10, 2001. If this Town meeting vote were not forwarded to the MBLC, Mashpee would <br /> be ineligible to receive this library construction grant. This is the group which includes law enforcement <br /> officers. <br /> Motion made by David Leveille. <br /> Motion: I move Article 20 be voted as printed in the warrant with the exception of the phrase, "or take any <br /> other action relating thereto". <br /> Motion passes at 9:44 p.m. <br /> Article 21 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to establish the Mashpee Economic <br /> Development and Industrial Corporation in accordance with the following declaration: <br /> )"ere the need exists for an Economic Development and Industrial Corporation because unemployment or the <br /> threat thereof exists in the Town. or that security against future unemployment and lack of business opportunity <br /> is required and that attracting new industry into the Town and substantially expanding existing industry through <br /> an economic development project or projects financed pursuant to Mass.
