Anticipated Budget: <br /> Revenues $2,500 <br /> 2,500 <br /> Expenditures <br /> This account will be managed by the Board of Health through its agent. <br /> Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to re-authorize the revolving Home Composting Bin <br /> Account through the Town Accountant's office in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws, Chapter 44, Section 53E 1/2 to be expended under the direction of the Board of <br /> Health, in order to place anticipated revenues collected from the sale of compost bins <br /> which shall be used to purchase additional compost bins, and advertise the availability of <br /> such bins, and to establish the limit on expenditures from said account for Fiscal Year <br /> 2000 at $2,500. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 9:05 p.m. <br /> ARTICLE 9 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Leisure Service Revolving Account through <br /> the Town Accountant's Office in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter <br /> 44, Section 53EI/z, to be expended under the direction of the Leisure Service Department, <br /> in order to place revenues collected from the various Leisure Services Child Development <br /> Programs, which shall be used for the purpose of paying wages and benefits to conduct <br /> said Leisure Service programs, and to establish the limit on expenditures from said <br /> account for Fiscal Year 2000 at $31,150, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Leisure Services Department <br /> Explanation: This article seeks to reauthorize the Leisure Service Revolving Account for <br /> Fiscal Year 2000. This account is used to collect fees which are used to carry out <br /> programs offered through the Leisure Services Department. <br /> Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to authorize a Leisure Service Revolving Account <br /> through the Town Accountant's Office in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, <br />
