This facility is badly in need of renovations to maintain the integrity of the <br /> original structure, and Town Offices are extremely cramped and working out of very poor <br /> conditions. This article seeks to fund the renovation of the existing building with additional office <br /> space added over the 1970s addition to preserve this historical resource while economically <br /> meeting the Town Office space needs for the next twenty years. <br /> Recommendation: The Finance Committee does not recommend approval. <br /> 9 <br />
