They draw it up, and then <br /> it must cone back to the Town and be accepted. In my way of thinking, <br /> this would be the proper time to go over the details® <br /> Fitzerald : What is the Dosition of the Personnel Board? <br /> K.D.O'Connell_ : Relatively academic, sometime ago we in- <br /> stituted tenure in conjunction with the Wage and Personnel Board. <br /> After three years , one cannot be removed unless it is for just <br /> cause . <br /> A motion was made that Article 20 be accepted as amended® <br /> A voice vote was made, and, the results were unsatisfactory. A <br /> hand count was then called for® <br /> Results : For 146. Opposed, 28. Motion was carried® <br /> Chairman Peters : Mr, Moderator, I would like to suggest that <br /> Article 2i be moved ahead of Article 21 , as it has a direct <br /> bearing on Article 21. . <br /> It was so voted. <br /> ART. 23.
