The Town of Mashpee has a Qualified <br /> Project listed in the 2020-2021 Intended Use Plan, The total subsidy to be awarded for the projected <br /> $51,200,000 project is $12,800,000. The commitment represents a 25% subsidy for the project. <br /> The subsidy awarded is reflective of the estimated cost submittal at the time of the grant application <br /> submission. The project at 75% design has estimated a cost of$54 million for Phase I. Upon issuance of <br /> final commitments and the execution of the Project Regulatory Agreements it is expected the project would <br /> be based on$54 million with 25% of the subsidy as $13,500,000. <br /> The Town of Mashpee is one of the (8) Cape &Islands 'Town receiving a projected $70 million in subsidies. <br /> Monies would become available as the Town moves forward with necessary actions to complete the <br /> disbursement requirements,this includes Town Meeting action on May 3, 2021 and support of the Town <br /> Election ballot question on May 8,2021. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Update,Discussion and Possible Action Relative to COVID-19: <br /> In conjunction with Barnstable County, the Community Health Center will be distributing vaccines at the <br /> Barnstable County Fairgrounds on Thursday, April 29,2021 for those age 65 and older. <br /> In cooperation with the Community Health Center of Cape Cod,the Mashpee Fire &Rescue will be holding <br /> an After-Hours vaccination clinic on April 30,2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Christ the King social <br /> hall for those 16 years of age and older who have not received their first vaccination. The second vaccination <br /> would be automatically scheduled on May 12, 2021 at the same time and site location. <br /> On this date there are no positive cases in the Town of Mashpee. The total count is 833 cases with 15 current <br /> cases in isolation. <br />
