Design of any laterals or sewer infrastructure outside of the Phase 2a Route 151 corridor. <br /> PAYMENTS TO GHD <br /> The costs are estimated at a not-to-exceed total amount of Three Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Dollars and Zero <br /> Cents ($387,000.00) for the Basic Services outlined in the above Scope of Services. A monthly invoice will be <br /> submitted in accordance with the attached Estimated Budget Summary Breakdown included as Attachment B and the <br /> Compensation for Basic Services outlined below: <br /> 1. Compensation for Basic Services—Salary Costs Times a Factor Method of Payment <br /> A. Town shall pay GHD for Basic Services set forth herein, as follows: <br /> i. An amount equal to GHD's Salary Costs times a factor of 2.4 for all Basic Services by principals and <br /> employees engaged directly on the Project, plus Reimbursable Expenses. <br /> ii. GHD's Reimbursable Expenses Schedule is attached to this Amendment as Attachment C. <br /> iii. GHD may alter the distribution of compensation between individual phases of the work noted herein <br /> to be consistent with services actually rendered, but shall not exceed the total estimated <br /> compensation amount unless approved in writing by Town. <br /> iv. The total compensation for GHD's services, included in the breakdown as outlined in the Estimated <br /> Budget Summary Breakdown, incorporates all labor, overhead, profit, Reimbursable Expenses, and <br /> GHD's Consultant's charges. <br /> v. The portion of the amounts billed for GHD's services will be based on the applicable Salary Costs for <br /> the cumulative hours charged to the Project incurred during the billing period by GHD's principals and <br /> employees multiplied by the above designated factor, plus Reimbursable Expenses and GHD's <br /> Consultant's charges. <br /> vi. Salary Costs means salaries and wages paid to GHD's employees plus the cost of customary and <br /> statutory benefits including, but not limited to, social security contributions, unemployment, excise <br /> and payroll taxes, workers' compensation, health and retirement benefits, sick leave, vacation, and <br /> holiday pay applicable thereto. <br /> vii. Salary Costs and the factor applied to Salary Costs will be adjusted annually (on July 1) to reflect <br /> equitable changes in the compensation payable to GHD. <br /> 2. Compensation for Reimbursable Expenses <br /> A. Town shall pay GHD for all Reimbursable Expenses at the rates set forth in Attachment C to this <br /> Amendment. <br /> B. Reimbursable Expenses include the expenses identified in Attachment C and the following: <br /> transportation (including mileage), lodging,and subsistence incidental thereto; providing and maintaining <br /> field office facilities including furnishings and utilities; toll telephone calls, mobile phone charges, and <br /> courier charges; reproduction of reports, Drawings, Specifications, bidding-related or other procurement <br /> documents, Construction Contract Documents, and similar Project-related items; and Consultants' <br /> charges.
