Mr. Fudala forwarded the letter that was sent to him to Town Manager, he has not heard <br /> back yet. <br /> *Ms. Malone had to leave the meeting.* <br /> Anastasia Rudenko suggested we incorporate as many add alternates as possible and <br /> then prioritize at a later date. Mr. Fudala said to make sure odor control is the first <br /> priority. <br /> Audrey Starbard said having all of them provides visibility on pricing. <br /> Mr. Fudala said we need to have a discussion with Council on whether or not we can <br /> have easements at Summerwood Condos, and what they might want in return for the <br /> easements. Andy Gottlieb said to ask the Town Manager to set up a meeting. <br /> - Sole source / limited source procurement N/A <br /> - Chairman authority to sign/file SRF applications (discussed during SRF Application <br /> Review) <br /> - Status of Phase 1 Pump Stations <br /> Mr. Fudala stated that regarding Willowbend, we want easements within side fences, <br /> don't include anything outside of fences, where there appears to be an encroachment on <br /> Willowbend's property. <br /> Discussion of Val Peter / Weston & Sampson peer review activities <br /> GHD had information in response to a question about storage/usage from the last <br /> meeting. <br /> Sarah Greenberg said we'll have two storage tanks that can be filled via an external truck <br /> fill station. There will also be 55 gal chemical drums that can be moved via hand truck. <br /> Some of the chemicals are refilled infrequently, for example, every 6 months. Some more <br /> frequent, like every 2-3 months. Those will be stored on a pallet that can hold more than <br /> one drum. When refilling is required, there will be no chemical exchange with the hands, <br /> it is all done using flexible hose connections. <br /> Santuit Pond: <br /> - Commissioner Lyons re: update on potential use of"Phoslock" compound at Santuit Pond <br /> (discussed during Ashley Fisher's presentation) <br /> Recommendation re: Sewer Commissioner Applicant: Alfred Towle <br /> Mr. Towle (Al) submitted his application to join the Sewer Commission. He introduced himself <br /> and asked other that meetings, how much of a time commitment is required each month? Mr. <br /> Fudala said 10 hours or less. Mr. Towle also asked if he needed to get liability insurance, Mr. <br /> Fudala said that is not necessary. <br /> Motion: Mr. Lyons moved to recommend Alfred Towle to be appointed to the Sewer <br /> Commission, Mr. Dunn seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0-0 motion passed <br /> Sewer Commission Rules and Regulations N/A <br />
