<br /> Acting Chairman Bonvie asked the Town Engineer, Chris Gallagher if he had any
<br /> comments. He was satisfied with the revisions to the plan. Ron polled the Board and there
<br /> were no more comments.
<br /> Scott made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owner, Jeanne Scioli under
<br /> §174-17.1 to raze and replace a pre-existing non-conforming single family structure on
<br /> property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 119 Parcel 66, Mashpee, MA with the
<br /> following conditions;
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special
<br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.
