She will have someone identified for next meeting. Mr. Kupferman would like bylaw information regarding student representatives. He also had a bylaw question that remains unanswered from last meeting. Is there a way to locate these? Ms. Nadeau's understanding is Amna has already been appointed and she is a junior that will be with us for two years. If we take on a sophomore, that person will be with us for three years. That is why we have to have a motion as it would be a three year term instead of two. We can table this until next month to get clarity. Mr. Kupferman also noted both representatives wouldn't be leaving at the same time every two years, it will be staggered. Ms. Hennessy said the bylaws aren't online. Ms. Johnson-Graham would like the mission statement and bylaws online, this can be something we should work on. MOTION: Ms. Nadeau made a motion to have the bylaws as well as the mission statement uploaded to the website. Seconded by Mr. Kupferman. All in favor. 2. Amna Igbal will serve as Student Representative for two years. Mr. Collins is looking into requiring the approval of the Select Board. 3. Vote to approve Ms. Field's provisional travel expenses of$130.00 for October. *Pending approval of funding. MOTION: Mr. Kupferman made a motion to approve Ms. Field's provisional travel expenses, if funding cannot be obtained Mr. Kupferman will donate his column stipend. Seconded by Ms. Nadeau. All in favor. ADDITIONAL TOPICS Mr. Kupferman wanted to take a moment to discuss the proposed Selectmen title change to Select Board.
