MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 24,2019 <br /> The queuing lane is all part of the traffic management system to keep cars off the road. If <br /> the queuing lane is not needed, it will be landscaped. <br /> Sharon read the DPW,Board of Health, and Conservation comments into the record. <br /> There were no comments from the Board. <br /> John Miller, a resident who lives on Shellback Way asked if the traffic would increase <br /> beyond the expected amount.Jim Vaccaro said the expected amount will be approximately <br /> 400 vehicles per day which includes the proposed adult facility. There are currently 50 to <br /> 100 patients a day at the medical facility. <br /> There were no other comments from the audience or Board. <br /> Ron Bonvie made a motion to issue a modification to Petitioner,Triple M Management to <br /> an existing Special Permit to(SP-2015-33)under§174-24(J)(C), and(K)if applicable,to <br /> allow for construction of an addition to an existing 1,500 sq.ft.medical marijuana facility, <br /> which will have a footprint of 3,700 sq. ft., and a mezzanine and basement of 1,800 sq. ft. <br /> each to accommodate a recreational use marijuana dispensary in addition to the existing — <br /> medical use dispensary. (Owner of record: 29 Echo Road, Triple M Management), and <br /> (Owner of record:41 Echo Road,Ronald Gangemi,Trustee of 81 Echo Road Realty Trust, <br /> with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Modification under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan: 29 &41 Echo Road,Mashpee,MA.
