Prior to any recreational sales of product at this location there will be all the permits <br /> necessary to occupy the additional building. All necessary permits will be issued <br /> for the additional footprint total of 3,700(1,800 sq. ft.for the mezzanine,and 1,800 <br /> sq. ft. finished basement.) and no sales or opening until such time for recreational <br /> i uses. <br /> 6. Conditioned upon the specific comments issued by the DPW as follows;Echo Road <br /> is a Town road. A Curb Cut Permit from the DPW will be required.Any approval <br /> shall be conditioned on the installation and maintenance of appropriate signage and <br /> pavement markings at the gatehouse to direct retail and medical customers to the <br /> proper parking lot/entrance;queuing of vehicles on Echo Road shall be avoided. <br /> 7. Conditioned that any and all handicapped parking spaces are reviewed to locate at - <br /> a closer location to the entrance. <br /> 8. Conditioned upon the Fire Department request that there is controlled construction <br /> documents issued prior to the application of the building permit. The Knox Box <br /> should be clearly depicted on the plans and relocated to the Fire Department's <br /> approval. <br /> 9. DPW comments for paving markings, and signage for assistance with traffic flow. <br /> 10.
