Gould, second <br /> George Ganzenmuller,yes <br /> Scott Goldstein,yes <br /> Jonathan Furbush,yes. <br /> All were in favor to issue a modification to an existing Special Permit for a marijuana <br /> manufacturing facility. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> 31 Evergreen Circle: Petitioner, Cape Cod Dog Center requests a Minor Modification to <br /> an approved Special Permit (SP-2018-54). Board to vote if considered a major or minor <br /> modification. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented Cape Cod Dog Center who is the applicant and current <br /> owner of the facility at 31 Evergreen Circle. Also present was Conserve who are the <br /> contractors for the building. Kailey and Adam Cullen were the recipients of a Special <br /> Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals are currently operating a facility in Sandwich <br /> and would like to own their own building. They hired nationwide experts to construct the <br /> building, and it appears that the building as proposed by the nationwide architects was far <br /> more expensive than ever contemplated. As a result they had to down scale their proposal. <br /> The new building is not creating any new zoning issues. The facility will still operate the <br /> same as previously approved. The facility is currently at 3,400 sq. ft. and is reduced from <br /> 4,000 sq. ft., and will be entirely within the footprint of the building that was approved by <br /> the Board. <br /> 5 <br />
