Kailey and Adam Cullen were the recipients of a Special
Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals are currently operating a facility in Sandwich
and would like to own their own building. They hired nationwide experts to construct the
building, and it appears that the building as proposed by the nationwide architects was far
more expensive than ever contemplated. As a result they had to down scale their proposal.
The new building is not creating any new zoning issues. The facility will still operate the
same as previously approved. The facility is currently at 3,400 sq. ft. and is reduced from
4,000 sq. ft., and will be entirely within the footprint of the building that was approved by
the Board.
5
