<br />Jim Reiffarth wanted to know if the foundation is in the flood zone. The Board and Building
<br />Commissioner wanted to confirm the height of the building.
<br />
<br />Mr. Blaisdell made a suggestion that the Board continue the hearing to confirm the issues
<br />that were discussed regarding the building house plans. Attorney Kirrane suggested that he
<br />consult with the engineer and designer that the house is not any more than two stories.

<br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board accept the applicant, Kevin Cayer through his
<br />representative, Attorney Kevin Kirrane of an extension for a Variance at 190 Monomoscoy
<br />Road under §174-31 to March 24, 2021. Mr. Gould seconded, yes, Mr. Reiffarth, yes, Mr.
<br />Bonvie, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, and Mr. Furbush, yes.

<br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board accept the applicant, Kevin Cayer through his
<br />representative, Attorney Kevin Kirrane of an extension for a Variance at 190 Monomoscoy
<br />Road under §174-33 to March 24, 2021. Mr. Gould seconded, yes, Mr. Reiffarth, yes, Mr.
<br />Bonvie, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, and Mr. Furbush, yes.

<br />30 Pleasant Park Drive: Petitioners, Aaron Bornstein and Stuart Bornstein request a
<br />Variance under §174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to vary the frontage, and lot size
<br />requirements to allow for construction of a single-family residence on property located in
<br />an R-3 Zoning District, Map 70 Parcel 166, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: One Village
<br />Market Place, LLC). (Continued from the ZBA hearings February 10, 2021 at the request
<br />of the Board).

<br />38 Pleasant Park Drive: Petitioners, Aaron Bornstein and Stuart Bornstein request a
<br />Variance under §174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to vary the frontage, and lot size
<br />requirements to allow for construction of a single-family residence on property located in
<br />an R-3 Zoning District, Map 70 Parcel 165, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: One Village
<br />Market Place, LLC). (Continued from the ZBA hearings February 10, 2021 at the request
<br />of the Board).

<br />Mr. Gould read a letter dated March 4, 2021 from Attorney Kirrane requesting a
<br />withdrawal of 30 and 38 Pleasant Park Drive.

<br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board accept the letter of withdrawal dated March 4,
<br />2021. Mr. Gould seconded, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes,
<br />and Mr. Furbush, yes. All were in favor.

<br />18 Spoondrift Circle: Owners, Eric P. Rothenberg and Pamela Ely request a Special
<br />Permit under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace an existing non-
<br />conforming four bedroom dwelling with a new four bedroom dwelling on property located
<br />in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 111 Parcel 119, Mashpee, MA. (Continued from the ZBA
<br />hearings February 10, 2021 at the request of the Attorney).
