This process was recommended in the FY88 Capital Improvement <br /> Program. <br /> Article 7 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate $50 , 0Oo for repairs to <br /> Bowdoin Road and that to praise such appropriation, the Tresaurer, with <br /> approval of the Board of selectmen, be authorized to borrow at one <br /> time or from time to time, $ o#coo under and pursuant to Chapter 44, <br /> Section 7 of Massachusetts Genera.
