Minutes of Meeting <br />Plan Review Committee <br />Tuesday, November 9, 2021 <br />,Vlashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting R00% <br />Glen made a motion to approve the request as presented with the following comments; <br />-The 48 ft. contour be revised per the Town Engineer's comments, <br />-The shared driveway shall be paved per the plan. <br />-The improved parking area will be crushed stone. <br />-The shared driveway will be paved, and that there be a condition of approval to require <br />proper access to be provided to the property at 43 Bowdoin prior to the sale of the property <br />to alleviate the shared driveway. <br />Evan seconded. Most of the construction will be <br />interior of the building. There are no new fire protection changes or egress. The maximum <br />amount of people will be less than 50. There are two means of egress that exist. The interior <br />consists of 5 offices for physical therapy treatment. There will be some minor utility changes <br />that include electrical upgrades. There will be metal framing installed. The restrooms will <br />be AA compliant standard. There are no structural changes to the building. The future plans for <br />parking would require a modification to the Planning Board Special Permit.
