Mr. Dorgan seconded. <br /> All agreed, ' <br /> Richard J. Spohn—Requests a Special Permit under Section 174--25.I.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for the construction of a pier,ramp and float on Santuit Pond on property located •� <br /> in an R-5 zoning district at 91 Edgewater Road(Map 23 Block 119),Mashpee,MA. <br /> E <br /> Members sitting: Edward M. Govoni Robert G.Nelson and Richard T. Guerrera. Mr. ' <br /> Regan stepped down. 4! T <br /> r <br /> Mr. S ohn represented '.�= p p d his application stating that he has received approval from the � <br /> R Conservation Commission and the State. He submitted a new plan from Little River, <br /> which he stated has been approved by the Conservation Commission, The reason for the <br /> `- plan lan was that Little River recommended installinga stairwayto reduce erosion in <br /> p <br /> engineered <br /> ...the area Mr. Govoni questioned if Mr. Sohn needed a stamped, en ' d tan and i <br /> p <br /> Mr. Dorgan informed hire that a stamped, engineered plan is not required on lakes or <br /> �:. g p g p q <br /> G L ponds. Mr. Spohn stated that John Johannsen drew the plans and submitted them to the ,�• <br /> 3: State. He also stated that there are steps down an embankment to a ramp,leading to the <br /> dock,which will be seasonal. The Harbormaster has approved the plan. <br /> a Mr. Hauck suggested that the Board continue the hearing until the Board could gg g confirm ; <br /> that Mr. Spohn's revised plan, submitted at the last minute to the Board,has been . <br /> approved b the Conservation Commission. Mr.Dorgan suggested that Mr. S ohn <br /> pp Y g gg p <br /> y submit a plan that is a little clearer to read.
