He stated that the applicant is asking for a change from 15,200 square ' <br /> feet to 17,600 square feet, an increase of 2,400 square feet. The reason for the change in �« <br /> the design of the buildingis to accommodate the Gap store. Gap proposes to vacate a ` <br /> . p, p p p their <br /> present location and turn the existing Gap Kids store into Banana Men.
