Applicant: _ carol Cooper and Donald Pederson <br /> Location: Located off Rte. 151 �- map 79, Lot 13 . <br /> Request: Continuation, of Public hearing to review the <br /> Special permit Application for a 8-lot cluster <br /> subdivision. <br /> Dave Siniky from Cape and Island Survey was present <br /> representing the applicant. From the discussion at the site <br /> meeting of May 5th, Mr. Siniky presented another sketch <br /> moving the subdivison more to the front of the property <br /> rather than cross the property line. In anticipation of <br /> future widening of the road, they labeled for future road <br /> widening therefore the lots they are creating will not be <br /> affected by a future taking. <br /> Tony asked if there would be a problem in deeding them to <br /> the Town so there would be no future taking involved"> <br /> Mr. Siniky said it could be done that way if necessar <br /> y <br /> s� <br /> Tony asked how they proposed to improve the line of site? t1 <br /> Tam suggestedF <br /> that if they can move some of the trees on <br /> the curve it would improve the line of site. <br /> I' <br /> Tony explained that the general concept of the tan is <br /> p .I <br /> better as long as they can open up line of site in that <br /> area. <br /> Mr. Siniky stated that he will pursue that issue. <br /> The Board agrees that this cluster is superior to the <br /> others , providing engineering is supplied, only issue seems <br /> to be line of site. ' <br /> Louise motioned to continue the hearingto June 2 t <br /> 1 a _ 7 .30. <br /> Judy seconded the motion. All Board members were in favor. <br /> Applicant: Forward Development <br /> Location: Between Rte. 28 and Whitings Road near <br /> Falmouth/Mashpee Town Line <br /> Request: Discussion of Special permit Decision for <br /> uashnet woods 1$o-unit CSID project. <br /> public <br /> Hearing closed February 15, 1989. ' <br /> Mr. Alex Dittami was present representing Forward <br /> Development. He stated that he had feviewed the Town' s <br /> version of the Special Permit. There are 8 2 points of <br /> discussion but most are administrative or semantic Issuer he <br /> . feels only 7 issues need to be discussed. <br /> 7 areas of disagreement: <br /> >� He reviewed the <br /> 1. The requirement that the applicant hook u to municipal <br /> p a pal <br /> waste water treatment facility, irrespective of whether <br /> they have one built or in the process of building one. T1,e <br /> will have to abandon their plant. The do Y <br /> y not want to have <br /> to hook up to the municipal plant after construction has <br /> begun on theirs and especially do not want to have to <br /> abandon a plant which has been in operation, because of the <br /> enormous , unpredictable cost involved. <br />
