Public ore t <br />Attorney Jack Mcllhinner informed the Board -of <br />lillowbend support of this proposed Article. <br />(There was no further public comment . ) <br />MOTION: Dennis Balarini -made a Motion -to continue <br />the Public Hearing on Zoning Articles to : o p.m.; which <br />Motion was duly seconded by Myrna Nuey and so voted <br />unanimously. <br />Public Hearing <br />Johns Pond Center Realty Trust and M 1. 1 Realty Trust <br />Dino' s Sports Bar - Route 151 and I inigret Avenue <br />Request for Fenwal of Authorization for outdoor <br />Dining and Entertainment <br />The Town Planner informed the Board there have been no <br />complaints -filed regarding noise issues, however there have <br />been complaints about tractor trailers being stored on the <br />property. <br />The Chairman recognized Mt. Mitrol ostas who -stated <br />there had been one complaint about the noise level during <br />the summer. There has been no lire entertainment. <br />The trailers contain portions of the old restaurant. <br />There has been ongoing negotiations -with the insurance <br />company, which should be settled soon (by Thanksgiving). <br />There being no further discussion the Chairman <br />entertained a motion to close the Public Hearing. <br />MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to close the Public <br />Hearing in this ratter; which Motion was duly seconded by <br />Dennis Bal arini and so voted unanimously. <br />MOTION: John Halachis made a Lotion to authorize:, on <br />a permanent basis, outdoor dining and entertainment based <br />upon Condition #1 for Johns Pond Realty Trust and Ms l l <br />Realty Trust, known as Dino' s Sports Bar, Route 151 and <br />Ninigret Avenue, and so order that the Town Planner author <br />the proper wording and bring back to the Planning Board for <br />approval at the next scheduled meeting; which Motion was <br />duly seconded by Dennis Balarini and so voted unanimously. <br />5 <br />
