The Board directed the Town Planner to draft a <br />modification for Planning Board review at the October 19th <br />Meeting.. <br />The Town Planner agreed stating he would propose a now <br />amount, request a reprised plan for setbacks to include the <br />canopy structure and layout, and change Condition #2 t <br />exclude Buildings C and D from :the requirement for detailed <br />plans, with the understanding that Mr. Megathlin will <br />provide details to Mr. Rowley.. <br />There being no further Planning Board or Public <br />comment in this matter the Chairman entertained a motion. <br />MOTION: Dennis al ar-ini made a Motion t 'Continue <br />the,matter of SouthCape village Special Permit Modification <br />to 7:10 p.. m. on October 19, oo: ; which Motion was duly <br />seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. <br />C . Talanian Realty <br />Donna' s Lane - Route 28 <br />Definitive -Subdivision Plan for Commercial Street <br />and Shell.back Way <br />The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman called <br />this matter to order. <br />References were being made to a plan revised October <br />:o. <br />The Chairman determined that Mr. Rowley had not had <br />the opportunity to review said reprised plan and suggested <br />that he be given the opportunity to do so. <br />Mr. Rowley noted that the plan indicates a series of <br />monuments to be set. However, construction at the site has <br />not yet been completed. He suggested that when security i <br />posted it would include the cost of monument installation <br />at the time when construction has been -completed. <br />Mr. Rowley also addressed the ratter of general <br />easements, asking who will ultimately manage and maintain <br />the drainage infrastructure, after the definitive plan has <br />been approved and the Lots are sold. <br />Mr. Rowley stated he has no objection to these waivers <br />that have been requested.
