Planning Board not waive the detailed requirements, but to <br />waive the requirement to submit then with the definitive <br />plan. A reference should be made that those documents <br />exist as part of the Special Permit and in the Decision. <br />There being no further Planning Board or Public <br />comment the Chairman entertained a motion. <br />MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion to continue <br />the matter of Definitive Subdivision Plan for commercial <br />Street and Shellback Way to 7:20 p.m. on October 1.9, 200 ; <br />which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted <br />unanimously. <br />(At this point the chairman declared a five-minute <br />recess. The October 5, 2005 Planning Board Meeting was <br />reconvened at 8:55 p.m.) <br />Public Hearing <br />Further Continuance <br />Zoning Articles for October Town Meeting <br />The appointed hour having arrived the chairman called <br />this matter to order and entertained a motion for further <br />continuance. <br />MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion to further <br />continue the Public Hearing in t- e matter to 9:15 p.m.; <br />which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted <br />unanimously. <br />Special Permit Issues <br />Windch ie Point - off Great Neck Road South <br />Discussion of Revegetation of Construction Drive <br />And Review of Stage III and Status of Overall Project <br />The Chairman called this matter to order and <br />recognized Marty O'Malley, who announced that he has <br />stepped down from the position of Chairman of the Trustees. <br />He thanked the Planning Board for all of the support and <br />direction given over the past three years. <br />Mr. O'Malley then deferred to John Gugliotta, the new <br />Chairman of the Board of Trustees. <br />Mr. Gugliotta read the following letter into -the record: <br />"Dry Saturday, September 24th, the Mashpee Planning Board did <br />9 <br />
