visit the Windchime Condominium complex to review the site <br />and discuss the status of the final phase of the build out. <br />The Planning Board was accompanied by Trustees -of the <br />Condominium Association, as well as representatives from <br />the development company. After reviewing the site the <br />Planning Board strongly recommended to us (and we did hear <br />you) that the developer and the Association continue to <br />work together to resolve any open issues prior to the next <br />Planning Board Meeting. The Planning Board also asked that <br />the Association come to the next meeting .prepared to make <br />recommendations on any outstand-ing issues still needing to <br />be addressed. The Condominium Association and the <br />developer subsequently met this past Monday at :oo a.m. <br />and care to an ag-reement on all the issues related to the <br />final phase of the development. There were representatives <br />from the Condominium Trustees and developer, including Mr. <br />Bornstein. The following is a summary of open items that <br />were -discussed, as well as Condon i-nium ,Association <br />recommendations: The garage is substantially complete, with <br />the exception of the wooden guardrail system. Since we <br />have last met, contractors and materials are -on site and <br />the guardrail system is expected to be completed within <br />few days. The street walkway lighting is also <br />substantially complete. The posts have been placed, <br />underground wiring installed, the lamps are on in the <br />evening with the exception of those few units that are not <br />yet occupied. The guardrails around Gold Leaf mane are <br />complete and in working order. The roadway to the <br />wastewater treatment facility has been regraded based upon <br />the engineer's recommendation to fir. Quinn. The developer <br />has added a large amount of stone and is no longer <br />considered an issue. The fencing at the wastewater <br />treatment plant need's to be replaced, as well as the <br />installation of a hydrant gate, to which the developer has <br />agreed. The developer has authorized the purchase of the <br />appropriate trees as selected by the Association regarding <br />the revegetation of the construction entrance, and are <br />expected to be on site by October 12, 2005, the plantings <br />are to be supervised by Don Curran." <br />The Chairman asked if a soil test had been done, as <br />was recommended by the Planning Board. <br />Mr. . Gugliotta deferred to Mr, Quinn. <br />Permits have been obtained and construction has begun <br />on the Post office relocation and should be completed <br />10 <br />
