The Association has agreed to assist the developer with coordinating the transition of the post office boxes upon completion o:f the building - Mr. Gugliotta, representing the Association, requested the Planning Board require the developer to post a bond in the amount of Twenty -Five Thousand 2 ,o00.00) Dollars. The Association and developer have agreed that the final landscaping in this phase may require additional topsoil, reseeding, additional trees and shrubs. In this regard, the Association requests the Planning Board to require the developer to past a bond in the amount of Forty -Five Thousand , o00 . oo ) Dollars. The Association does not have an opinion regarding the catch basins, and is requesting these issues- be resolved between the developer and the consulting Engineer. The Association is requesting clarification that they would not be held responsible for any future liability in this regard. Mr. Gugliotta feels that all outstanding issues have. been resolved, and requested the Planning Board grant the developer permission to complete the final 1 -units. The Chairman asked about those trees that were to b taken down, as discussed on the site visit. The chairman recognized Toni Quinn, Windchime Point, who informed the Board that a sample of the soil would be provided tomorrow morning for testing. Mr. Quinn reported the landscaping plan, as requested by the Board, has not been provided, as it is his understanding that Mr. Curra-n will supervise the plantings. Tees will be provided for the three catch basins in question by October 7, 2005. The tar has been removed from said catch basins. The berm has been installed.
