The Association <br />has agreed to assist the developer with coordinating the <br />transition of the post office boxes upon completion o:f the <br />building - <br />Mr. Gugliotta, representing the Association, requested <br />the Planning Board require the developer to post a bond in <br />the amount of Twenty -Five Thousand 2 ,o00.00) Dollars. <br />The Association and developer have agreed that the <br />final landscaping in this phase may require additional <br />topsoil, reseeding, additional trees and shrubs. <br />In this regard, the Association requests the Planning <br />Board to require the developer to past a bond in the amount <br />of Forty -Five Thousand , o00 . oo ) Dollars. <br />The Association does not have an opinion regarding the <br />catch basins, and is requesting these issues- be resolved <br />between the developer and the consulting Engineer. The <br />Association is requesting clarification that they would not <br />be held responsible for any future liability in this <br />regard. <br />Mr. Gugliotta feels that all outstanding issues have. <br />been resolved, and requested the Planning Board grant the <br />developer permission to complete the final 1 -units. <br />The Chairman asked about those trees that were to b <br />taken down, as discussed on the site visit. <br />The chairman recognized Toni Quinn, Windchime Point, <br />who informed the Board that a sample of the soil would be <br />provided tomorrow morning for testing. <br />Mr. Quinn reported the landscaping plan, as requested <br />by the Board, has not been provided, as it is his <br />understanding that Mr. Curra-n will supervise the plantings. <br />Tees will be provided for the three catch basins in <br />question by October 7, 2005. The tar has been removed from <br />said catch basins. The berm has been installed. <br />The large guardrail in Phase I I I has been installed <br />and bolted.
