With regard to the construction entrance, the Town <br />Planner asked if the Board required a plan for this <br />location. <br />The Chairman -recalled that it had been agreed that the <br />mulch in that area be removed in order to allow the natural <br />undergrowth to be restored, there was discussion regarding <br />the possible relocation of trees from one area- to this <br />location. She did request a plan be submitted for approval <br />and enforcement. she also requested a testing of the soil <br />be made prior to any new plantings. <br />Planning Board Member, Myrna Duey, excused herself <br />from the Meeting at this point - 9:38 p.. <br />The Board determined that this matter be continued to <br />the October 19, 2005 Meeting, at which time all of the <br />outstanding issues will have been addressed and resolved t <br />Planning. Board satisfaction. <br />Public Hearing <br />Zoning Articles for October Town Meeting <br />The Chairman reopened the Public Hearing in this <br />matter and entertained a notion for further continuance to <br />a time certain. <br />MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion to continue <br />the Public Hearing in this matter t -: 5o p.m.; which <br />Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted <br />unanimously. <br />Definitive Pla-ns <br />Mickey west an - 5 Wood Road Sandalwood Subdivision <br />Discussion of Proposed Modification to Subdivision <br />The Chairman recognized Mr. Westman, who requested a <br />site plan modification for approval of a 1 -foot <br />addition that will encroach upon the existing easement by <br />approximately 450 square feet. The proposed addition would <br />be constructed within the existing tree limes of the <br />property. <br />References were being made to photo views, topgraphi <br />survey, proposed easement modification, existing floor plan <br />with proposed addition, and existing floor plan with <br />alternate study locations, as provided by Mr. Test an. <br />14 <br />
