Board will.have to determine whether or not the proposed uses, under the existing Special <br /> Permit language is-acceptable; if not, the Zoning Board of Appeals process may b <br /> required to determine whether or-not the proposed uses are similar enough to those <br /> approved uses listed under the Special Permit within an industrial zone. <br /> It seemed that the.general consensus of the Planning Board and Staff were <br /> favorable to what was being proposed. <br /> The Town Planner noted however that the one-specific use prohibited in the <br /> Special Permit is marine supplies/goods. Also, food service is not allowed under-zoning. <br /> Music and visual images are also being prolapsed within the building,perhaps <br /> sporting event. <br /> There was discussion regarding the possibility-ofconducting classes/adult <br /> education which is allowable under the Special Permit. Any additional and/or off site <br /> parking areas will.require an.additional Special Permit or a modification to the existing <br /> Special Permit.
