•
MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
APRIL 24, 2013
MINUTES
This is conditioned upon that the proposal is not substantially more detrimental to
the existing non -conforming structure. A new dwelling will be an improvement
and will conform to current building code requirements. It is compatible in size
and character to other structures in the neighborhood and there is sufficient
parking and setbacks as may be require. We also make reference to a Board of
Health Statement that this is in Zone II and the leaching facility will
accommodate up to five bedrooms. I also need to make reference to a plan
although this plan needs to be amended and contingent upon to include the
following:
• A driveway which depicts a maximum measurement of 14 feet wide in
and 14 feet wide out with no further work beyond the boundary lines of
the lot.
• The revised plan will depict the exact location of the driveway, the
proposed new raised patio and any other objects that may affect the lot
coverage, as well as the exact dimensions of the lot to be proposed and
submitted to the Zoning Enforcement Officer prior to construction.
• The plan designed for David M & Ana Ferris dated April 3, 2013, scale:
F'= 30', Cape & Islands Engineering, Mashpee, Mass, signed by David
Sanicki, will be revised and amended.
Mr. Blaisdell seconded the motion. Votes: Mr. Furbush, yes, Ms. Horton, yes, Mr.
Dorsey, yes, Mr. DeBarros, yes. All were in favor.
Jon Furbush asked Judy Horton to read the next hearing and the five regular
Board members will be present.
7
