for October 18t. In the interim Applicant is requesting a <br /> waiver of the subdivision regulations. <br /> The chairman read the following letter received from <br /> AM Land Services dated September 9th into the Record: <br /> "Dear Planning Board, I am requesting the following waivers <br /> for the submittal of the Modification Plan for' the existing <br /> subdivision containing nine (plus or minus) acres located <br /> between Route 130 and cotuit Road in Mahpee. The Public <br /> Hearing is scheduled for October 1, 2003. The following <br /> waivers are being requested: 1. The construction of the <br /> past approved roadways within the Modification Plan. 2 . <br /> The North American coordinate Datum of 1983 . 3. The North <br /> American Vertical Datum of 1 locus plan at <br /> scale of 1 inch 2.000 feet. " <br /> The Town Planner suggested further discussion <br /> regarding construction of roadways, and the -submission of <br /> road plans . <br /> The Chairman recognized Michael Aucoin who stated the <br /> waiver request has- been submitted at the suggestion of the <br /> Consulting Engineer for those road's that have been <br /> - eliminated.. from -the original approved- 3 -lot subdivi-s-kon. - - <br /> References were being made to a plan entitled, <br /> "Modification Plan for Subdivision in Mashpee, MA, <br /> Barnstable County, prepared for Spring Meadow Realty Trust, <br /> dated September 5, 0 ". <br /> The chairman suggested referenced plans be more <br /> specific. The Town Planner made reference to the 4 o-foot <br /> way and access to Lot 3 . <br /> Mr, Aucoin stated he is in the process of providing a <br /> road profile, sketch, and plan using Mr`. Rowley' <br /> suggestions as guidelines. His request to the Board was t <br /> e able to move forward with approval of definitive <br /> property limes, with Lot 3 identified a-s unbuildable until <br /> such time as agreement has been reached for the private way <br /> roadways . <br /> The Town Planner suggested the Board make a decision <br /> as to whether or not a design of said road (Lot 3) should <br /> be included as. a part- of the submission a-s requir'ed by the <br /> filing requirements . <br /> 7 <br />
