MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />• SEPTEMBER11, 2013 <br />MINUTES <br />Ron Bonvie read a memo from Glen Harrington, Board of Health, dated September 11, <br />2013, "The owners stopped by and dropped off floor plans for the garage with unfinished <br />storage above, the main house at 20 Riverside and for the cottage which is being razed, as <br />required. The septic inspection that was required was done, per the owners, but I do not <br />have the final report. The owners stated that the system passed and risers were going to be <br />added. I have approved the Title V design plan for the new three-bedroom dwelling. Once <br />a septic installer has pulled the permit, the BOH will sign -off on the Building Permit." <br />Ron Bonvie wanted confirmation of the septic location of the Riverside Road lot. <br />Richard Jodka made a motion to approve the request for the Written Findings, under <br />Sections 174-17 and 174-20 for Paul and Patricia Colella. <br />Ron Bonvie seconded the motion with the following condition, subject to Board of Health <br />approval and referencing plans drawn by Holmes and McGrath, Inc. dated July 29, 2013 <br />revisions to plans of proposed sewage disposal system prepared for Paul and Patricia <br />Colella, 15 Bayview Road, scale: 1"=20', job number 213117, drawing number 61-3-8A, <br />sheet 1 of 2, and referencing house plans drawn by Custom Home Design, <br />Residential/Commercial Design, Drafting, Permitting & Consulting, PO Box 383, East <br />Falmouth, MA, for Colella Residence, Bayview Road, Seconsett Island, Mashpee, MA, <br />• scale Y<" = 1'-0", dated 8/14/2013, drawing by SPB, revisions dated: 7/31/13, Drawing <br />Numbers Al through A5 and S1 conclusive. <br />Issuing this finding, the Board also finds that the property not substantially more <br />detrimental than the existing non -conforming structure and the new dwelling will be an <br />improvement, will conform to current building code requirements, is comparable in size <br />and character to other structures in the neighborhood, and has sufficient parking and <br />setbacks as may be required. <br />Richard Jodka, yes, Ron Bonvie, yes, Votes: Bill Blaisdell yes, Dom DeBarros, yes, Jim <br />Reiffarth, no.
