Joyce Mason, Town <br /> Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing notice as published. <br />' For disclosure, it was noted that an opinion was rendered from Town <br /> Counsel indicating that a separate permit for Sunday sales must be granted <br /> if the Selectmen choose to approve Sunday openings. Each licensee must <br /> file an application for such permit prior to the Selectmen's approval. <br /> Selectman Green opened the Hearing to obtain comment.
