It was noted that <br /> Mr. M Nulty has been M" the food industry for nine years, and is dedicated <br /> to make the facility an excellent restaurant. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to close the Public Dearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE; Unanimous. -o. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the application of <br /> McNulty Management,Inca d b a The Flurn ,Kenneth S.McNulty, <br /> Manager for a Transfer of Liquor License from The Flume, Inc., <br /> d b a The Flume,Earle H, Mills, Sr. to include the pledge of the <br /> license as referenced, and entertainment by recorded music only. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> Selectman Leveille, Selectman Taylor absent. <br /> Public Hearin — Sunday Openings for Retail Pacla .Stores: <br /> Selectman Reveille stepped down for the above referenced Hearing. <br /> Selectman green presided and opened the Public Hearing to discuss <br /> Sunday openings for all package stores. Joyce Mason, Town <br /> Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing notice as published. <br />' For disclosure, it was noted that an opinion was rendered from Town <br /> Counsel indicating that a separate permit for Sunday sales must be granted <br /> if the Selectmen choose to approve Sunday openings. Each licensee must <br /> file an application for such permit prior to the Selectmen's approval. <br /> Selectman Green opened the Hearing to obtain comment. Dena> ymsha, <br /> owner Liberty Liquors read aloud a letter from Jeff Fields, Mashpee Wine <br /> Spirits support of the Sunday openings. <br />
