The <br /> business operation is open year round and business hours are 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. as <br /> documented in their narrative (Attached) and is part of this Decision. There are <br /> approximately six to seven designated spaces available in front of the building, and <br /> additional parking toward the road. <br /> Special Permit under §174-25 (B) (11) of the Zoning By-laws (Table of Use <br /> Regulations),principal institutional and education uses.Trade,professional or other school <br /> conducted as a private business for gain to allow for an educational boxing school on <br /> property located in a C-2 Zoning District at 22 Falmouth Road, Unit 8.2 (Map 55 Parcel <br /> 8),Mashpee,MA. (Owner of record Merry Meadow Enterprises, Inc.) <br /> This Decision is conditioned upon compliance with the following: <br /> • Business license and registration. <br /> • CPR and AED Certification. <br /> • Signage permit application. <br /> • Board of Health Inspection. <br /> • Has adequate parking. <br /> In view of the foregoing;the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday,December 11,2013 the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant <br /> a Special Permit to allow for the proposal. <br /> 2 <br />
