APPROVED <br /> ignatUre to <br /> DE I N REVIEW <br /> PLAN REVIEW <br /> PLANNING BOARD <br /> ZONING BRO.OF APPEALS <br /> 4:13 Boxing Studio i CONSERVATION <br /> 4:13 Boxing Studio has been created for a positive place to.train all ages of people in all aspects of <br /> boxing,from people who just want to get into great shape,to children providing them with athletic skill, <br /> self confidence,and positive influences,to trouble youth needing a positive outlet and guidance,to <br /> serious athletes looking to train for professional and ammatuer venues.We will have classes tailored <br /> to all age groups and skill levels. For example: <br /> feather weights: ages 5-12 years <br /> -10 minute warm up including <br /> 1)full body stretch out seated and standing in a circle while each child shares one positive thing that <br /> happened to them that day(approximately 5 mins.) <br /> 2) 1 minute jumping jacks <br /> 3) 1 minute boxers dance ( providing them with foot work skill) <br /> 4)waist twist 1 min. <br /> 5) 1 min.jumping Jack <br /> 6) 1 min boxers dance <br /> rest period for water and wrapping of the hands. (provides team work skills) <br /> training:focuses on proper form and punch combinations. <br /> class splits into two groups I have group A Paul (my husband) has group B. Group A will perform shadow <br /> boxing in the mirror performing the punch combinations they are shown. <br /> ( punches are taught in numbers example jab is 1 cross is 2 left hook is 3 and so on) <br /> this helps them with balance,focus,form, and confidence. Group A shadow boxes for 4 three minute <br /> rounds with 1 minute of rest between each round. <br /> Group B(Pauls's group) will team up and do bag drills 2 children to a bag during these four 3 minute <br /> rounds,this teaches movement,teamwork, provides a positive outlet, and is a great cardiovascular work <br /> out.After the twelve minutes group A and B will switch for another bout of 4 three minute rounds with <br /> 1 minute rest in between rounds. <br /> t <br /> 3 <br />
