Mr. Fudala stated that the language in the condition could be changed by <br /> establishing a timetable for the condition to be met or eliminate the condition as it dealt with the <br /> floor and-not car storage on the I'floor. Mr. Rowley inquired whether the I floor sprinkler system <br /> had been resolved and Mr. Fudala confirmed that it was an open question with the State's Fire Marshal <br /> but that Chief Rullo has said not to let that delay Mr. omstein's permit. Mr. Rowley then questioned <br /> how to address the issue and Mr. Fudala stated that it would be dealt with through the Fire Department <br /> and State Fire Marshall"s Office according to Chief I ullo. In order to not delay the permit any further, <br /> condition#6 was edited to-remove "before this Modification Decision will become effective, and shall <br /> otherwise satisfy both the Fire Chief and Mass.
