Tom Mayo made reference to the4-ft. gate as shown on the.plan which appears to <br /> indicate that access to the rational Heritage property is only across Lot 2. <br /> Attorney McElhinney agreed to revise the plan to indicate access across Lot 3 a <br /> well (the side), <br /> The Town Planner mentioned outstanding violations to the Special Permit with <br /> regard to the `Public way' 'signs that have disappeared. <br /> Attorney McElhinney explained that the signs have been installed at great <br /> expense to the Applicant, and have repeatedly disappeared. He volunteered to provide a <br /> report to the Board of those existing signs and those that are missing. <br /> The.Chairman inquired as to the status of the house that was to have been donated <br /> to the Ilashee Housing Authority,-as was previously discussed. He then recognized <br /> Selectman Richardson. <br /> Selectman Richardson suggested the use of CPA.funding in order to facilitate the <br /> move of the house. He plans to forward this project to the Affordable Dousing <br /> Committee for review, if there are no objections to his doing so. <br /> The-Chairman noted however that time is of the essence. H has-spot en to the <br /> iaspee Housing Authority, the developers are eager to participate in any-way needed in <br /> order to relocate the house. <br /> Dennis Balzarini suggested the Town use the $40,000.00 from the development <br /> for the Housing Authority which could then be rcplaced by CPA funds, to which <br /> Selectman Richardson had no objection. <br /> Mary waygan inquired as to accessing fands from the Affordable Housing Trust <br /> as well. <br /> The Town Planner will include a frnding.in the Special PcrTnit that either or the <br /> house will be donated to Affordable Housing, or a donation is to be made in-as yet an <br /> undetermined amount to the Mashpee Housing Authority. <br /> There being no further Board, Staff or Public comment-the Chairman entertained <br /> a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Eal a n*ni made a Motion to continue the Public Hearings in <br /> both matters to May 5, 2 010 at 7:3 o p.m.- which Motion was-duly seconded by Joseph <br /> Mullin and so voted unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Zoning Article Proposed by Petition for May 2 0 10 Town Meeft <br /> 5 <br />
