MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for Minor Modification <br /> Comprehensive Permit CP-2010-29 <br /> 9. The Board finds that the conditions imposed in the following section are <br /> necessary in order to properly address local concerns. The Board finds that such <br /> conditions will not render the project uneconomic. To the extent that such <br /> conditions do render the project uneconomic, the Board finds that the local <br /> concerns in imposing the same outweigh the statutory requirements for the <br /> affordable units that have been proposed. <br /> IV. DECISION AND CONDITIONS <br /> Upon Motion of Chairman Jonathan D. Furbush, seconded by Vice Chairman <br /> William A. Blaisdell, the Board voted unanimously at the Public Hearings on August 22, <br /> 2012 to grant a Comprehensive Permit and Minor Modification to a Comprehensive Permit <br /> to the Applicant for the proposed Project; subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. This Decision is based upon compliance with the plans approved by the Board at <br /> the June 8, 2011 Public Hearings. Such plans being: a) Architects Brown . <br /> Lindquist Fenuccio & Raber Architect, Inc. and Civil Engineers and Landscape <br /> Architects Horsley Witten Group entitled: PROPOSED BREEZY ACRES <br /> EXPANSION FOR HOUSING ASSISTANCE CORPORATION & MASHPEE <br /> HOUSING AUTHORITY 570 OLD BARNSTABLE ROAD, MASHPEE, MA <br /> ISSUED FOR SPRING 2011 ONE-STOP APPLICATION 4/14/2011. b) <br /> Horsley Witten Group Inc. plan entitled: "BREEZY ACRES EXTENSION <br /> MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS PERMITTING PLANS JUNE 4, 2010, and <br /> revised on SEPTEMBER 7, 2010, DECEMBER 17, 2010, FEBRUARY 11, 2011, <br /> MARCH 8, 2011, and APRIL 15, 2011. <br /> 2. Approval of the Plans is subject to the final approval of the Mashpee Fire <br /> Department before the issuance of any building permits. Should any further <br /> plan changes be required to satisfy the concerns of the Fire Department, said <br /> plan changes shall be presented to the Board in accordance with 760 CMR <br /> 56.05(11). <br /> 3. Except as otherwise required by the conditions imposed by this <br /> Comprehensive Permit, including Condition No. 1, above, or by the Final Site <br /> Plans as defined below, the project shall be developed, constructed and <br /> completed in conforinance with the Plans. <br /> 4. Final, fully designed site plans (the "Final Site Plans") shall be submitted to <br /> the Board, the Board's designated engineer and the Mashpee Building <br /> Inspector no less than 45 days prior to the application for building permits for <br /> the commencement of construction of the Project. The Final Site Plans shall <br /> be of a quality and level of detail sufficient to allow the Building Inspector and <br /> the Board's engineer to review the Final Site Plans for consistency with the <br /> Plans, the terms of this Comprehensive Permit, legal requirements and <br /> 4 <br />
